Great maintenance man. Wonderful management. Manger really listens to tenant issues. The view from your deck is wonderful. New paint job on whole building. The mountains. The nature preserve for a front yard. Huge deck. Skylight in bathroom is the best thing ever. Just waiting on storage closet only down side. No storage only issue.
Management seems nice. Maintenance man Jim is the best. Seems like a nice place to live. The view of the mountains is great. Nature preserve is your front yard. Love the deck and skylight the two main reasons we rented. Manager listens to tenants. Still waiting on a storage closet only draw back. No storage.
Seems nice. Nice maintenance guy. Nice neighbors. Beautiful view from deck. We have only been here two weeks. Would have given five stars. But we were told storage closet was included. Come to find out none available. Storage is now in my kitchen. Draw backs Spider webs everywhere. Smell of cigarettes coming in our bedroom windows. Bedrooms smell like cigarette all the time. Yuck.
Seems like a nice place e to live. Friendly people. Great maintenance man. I hope paint project doesn't cause problems. Not sure what to do if my son has the day off??? Where to park??? I don't want paint on our SUV. Would have given five stars. But was told a storage closet was available. Come to find out. No. Storage stuff in my kitchen. Chef d
