I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that’s looking to live in draper. I have lived in Apartments for more than nine years. I have never seen property manager that gets involved and make sure that all your concerns are taken care of. Also Nolan The Maintenance guy is such a hard worker.
Terrible these guys don’t do anything about harassment claims we gave them 6 months of videos and nothing has been done if you wanna be harassed then come and move to Veranda
I will have Draper city close the pool down permanently!! If you enjoy listening to drunks and kids screaming to the top of THIER lungs at 11:30 pm 12 am this is the place for you!! THAT POOL NEEDS TO BE PERMANENTLY SHUT Down!! PLEASE GET WORKING CAMERAS EVERY WHERE! I found out that some cameras here are for show because someone stole my groceries the other day and guy in office says he don’t have access to the camera that would have shown the person stealing it!! Update: changing to 4 stars for the efforts of maintenance and management. They really did try to resolve all of my issues! The rude downstairs neighbor situation was resolved completely and they even offered to move me to a different unit. The urine smell/hallway conditions couldn’t be resolved. They tried cleaning and catching people but I think the damage was too severe and lack of residents having common decency was overwhelming. If corporate reads this.
