The new manager is like a prison gaurd! Now I can't have plants on my patio or outside furniture! I spent hundreds of dollars on this stuff but can't take it with me where I'm going! Fifth floor smells like straight up dog urine disgusting if you can’t take care of a dog don’t have one
Lived here for not even two years and they raise rent TWICE In the middle of the lease. This month I was late for the FIRST time. And the late fee was $100…. How is it even legal for them to raise the rent in the middle of the lease. Loved this place but rents gone up $300 in under two years. Not affordable anymore and can’t get a 2nd job because you’ll get kicked out. Ridiculous.
