Leasing office and maintenance are all knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike most other apartments they are on the ball to keep amenities at peak and hot tub going for those of us who rely on it after hard days work, Tatiyana is exemplary at customer svc and communication... appreciate you!!!
The first year or so of living here was pretty great. But now it's just a nightmare. The hallways are disgusting, the stairways worse, and the office people are horrid. They were awesome when we first moved in, but then management changed, and now it's a disaster. Fines for having ANYTHING on the balcony even though there is nothing in the lease that prevents this.
