They've honestly gotten better the last few years! I've been living in Veranda for the past 5 or so years and right now I think they have the best team so far! Would give a 5 star review if the place was better taken care of by the residents
I dont know where to begin. Ive been here 6 month and its been hell. First, they increased our rent after 3 months of living here. Second, the hallways/elevators ALWAYS have pet feces and wreak of dog piss to the point that every single guest i've had has made a comment. The smell is even beginning to invade my home. No point in having a welcome mat cause it will be soiled by pets. Residents leave trash and furniture in the trash shoot rooms to the point the door cant be opened. I’ll go from 1 star to 4. they really try keeping the hall ways smelling fresh and looking clean. I appreciate their effort.reason for four stars is because veranda needs to be more strict on some of these careless dog owners.
The management here does well to work hard and stay on top of things. Keep their tenants up to date on any upcoming maintenance and is very proffesional. I do wish the hallways were cleaner though. Had an excellent time living there. Thanks guys
