Was just at the complex. The Place looks incredible! I heard they have a new manager and they are upgrading the grounds! They even have free wifi for parts of the building.
My wife and I lived here for a year. We really enjoyed the location near downtime Fullerton and the price. We got a two bedroom instead of a one in downtown Fullerton for the same price.
I had the rather unpleasant opportunity to tour The Veranda apartment Homes a couple of weeks ago. We had previously viewed these apartments over a year ago. I was shocked upon my tour! From the grounds being in diserray to the overall lack of cleanliness of every area we toured. The Model I was shown was dirty, dusty, I was willing to let that go, however the cocroach on the wall in the bathroom was it for me!!......To you Prospective Tenants?? BEWARE!!!
