Management is horrible no matter what your problem is they aren’t concerned about it and they have bad attitudes. They can’t seem to control the roaches they expect you to do it. They will tell you all kind of lies just to hurry up and get you out of the office. It takes them a very long time to come and fix on the things that needs to be fixed on.

Property managers aren’t any good. Maintenance are very lazy and don’t like fixing things. Pest are really bad and they won’t do anything about it. I been without hot water for days and they told me they were going to fix it the same day.! My carpet was very very soaked from the hot water heater bursting and they didn’t even replace my carpet they only shampooed it and put more padding down. I have lived here for nearly two years. First year was great. Going into the second year they switched management or ownership, I’m not sure. But suddenly the type of residents living here changed. This entire complex smells like marijuana. Everyday inside my apartment even though I don’t smoke reeks of marijuana. My cloths smell like pot. My kid has to breathe it in every day. We have been living at The Veranda for 14 years. We have had a few management changes over the years. Veronica is awesome. Her and Rose are very understanding. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with garden tubs in both bathrooms. I totally recommend living here.
