Love the jewelry, the staff is very sweet, but had an odd experience....purchased very expensive earrings on sale. They were put into a cheap bag at check out. Had to give them to my daughter without a box. I called to ask for a box to keep them safe and they said they will not give a box for sale items no matter how much you pay for the jewelry (these earrings were over $250 dollars as a sale price). I feel that is poor customer service as I have spent thousands of dollars over the past few years in this store.
