I rented a unit for 3 months. My unit was accessed by someone other than me. I was the only one that had keys and had the ok to be in that unit. My unit was access thru the ceiling. I found an item that wasn’t mine in my unit. The ceiling was just insulation. This would make it easy for someone from the adjoining unit to get into mine. I had to lock up my expensive bike inside the unit for fear that it would get taken. When I moved out , I was missing a few small items. Great experience all around. They didn't raise my monthly rates during my time with Veradale Self Storage, and the rate was reasonable. I didn't get spammed with text or emails from them. I canceled because I got rid of all my stuff and they made that process easy and painless. Customer Service was top notch.
