Charged me $400 to fix something that didn’t need to be fixed. The issue that I originally came for is still there, which means I now have to take it somewhere else and I’ll be out more money and also had to take off of work for 4 days. Luckily for them, I have a family full of attorneys and have started the legal process.

Don’t trust this place, had vehicle for 6 days and diagnosed it to be the ECU. With a second opinion and a proper diagnostic, just needed a new key programmed… misdiagnosed

The worse shop I’ve ever been o.they charge u for repairs they don’t do. They pocketed $760 from me and said they changed a put new breaks a rotors on my car a wen I picked it up it was making so much noise a whining sound. Took it to another shop an they said there is no way they changed my breaks. There was no padding at all on my breaks. So I had to turn around a pay another $650 for breaks a rotors. they charged me $700 to change my front brakes an rotors on my 2018 Corolla at the end of May m, so 3 months ago, an I've had problems since with my breaks, but I took it back the next day cause it was shaking so bad when I tried to stop an grinding noise still when I used my breaks, also a whining noise on outside front tire indicating breaks needed changed still lol. I have used them before and it was ok. This time my car was worse, charged more, then when I questioned the repair, I was lied to, 2 times. When Angel was presented with the facts as well as the owner, and I asked for a partial refund, the story changed again and I was offered free labor but would have to pay for parts to repair what they broke.
