Do not move here hot water works some time bugs Rochester they do not exterminate they put down powder basic apartment and they still don't fix anything.
Apartment are ranned down they don't fix anything they have bug rats in the grounds of the apparment by the trash can and trash be all on the ground pool doesn't work the park is so old the kids don't want to play on its not an great place to live with an family it's not up to date either
I Rented Nearly My Full Lease It will be over in a Few Months I Rented a 1 Bed/ 1Bath, I Been Renting Almost 1 yr And I'm Going to be Honest Here on my Review Maintenance Staff is Hispanic and Very young Individuals Nadia Is Awesome on Resolving Issues she is No Longer here they have New Staff They Do Alot of Patch Up Work but the Units are Old, I Do have Small Roaches and do my own Pest Control not a Issue,I Got a Super Deep Walk-In Closet, I Did Get a Old Refrigerator and Didn't feel safe about storing my Food inside so I ... read more
