Please be careful with this company I have been dealing with Rosa . They will take your money and put you in the bottom apartments even though there reviews says they get broke in to a lot. Very unprofessional and nasty with people can't get in contact with any corporate
Do not move here hot water works some time bugs Rochester they do not exterminate they put down powder basic apartment and they still don't fix anything.
Apartment are ranned down they don't fix anything they have bug rats in the grounds of the apparment by the trash can and trash be all on the ground pool doesn't work the park is so old the kids don't want to play on its not an great place to live with an family it's not up to date either
