My experience at Veracity Auto Group LLC was a total nightmare, to be honest. The customer service was just awful, the selection of cars was disappointing, and the prices were ridiculously high. The worst part was their financing practices, which felt really sneaky and unfair. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're looking for a car, do yourself a favor and check out other places that actually care about customers and are upfront about everything. Trust me, you'll thank me later
This used car dealer is not trustworthy, in my experience. They just take your money and leave you hanging with any problems and offer terrible unsatisfactory customer service. The owner, Nigel, seems to just care about getting your money instead of building relationships with buyers. I recommend you look elsewhere for a used car.
Did not have a great experience after what I have found out today. I am being told that the vehicle is not in my name after paying for fees to have the title transferred into my name
