From start to finish I couldn’t have had a better experience. As a new client my anxiety was very high. I found the complex but could not find the office. I called them and the lady that answered the phone said she would come outside, look for me and show me to the office. That is going above and beyond her responsibilities yet she was happy to do it. As a black woman, this has been the best experience I’ve had with a medical practice. Dr. Chever is professional, compassionate and takes her time with you. The medical staff are timely with calling and sharing medical test results and Dr. Chever takes the time to sit down with you and explain the results during your follow-up visit. I never feel rushed when I go in for a visit. Please don’t stop what you’re doing. I finally feel heard and seen by my medical provider and that means the world.
As I am getting older, I am more conscious about my health. I love my Dr. Dr. Daquesha Chever and Dr. Chever nurse, Dr. Chever addresses all of my health concerns and follows through with all my referrals. I very happy with my healthcare.
