I love Vera Clinic at Totem Lake and deeply appreciate all staff and their care! Marci Kramer is amazing! Always taking time to listen and making sure every concern is addressed. She is very kind and patient. I also had the pleasure to meet Dr. Lisa Baker who is great and exceptional as well. Best care consistently that I've ever had. Wonderful!!
This place is terrible! Not only did they misdiagnosed my Hearnea, (told me that I had a hip impingement) and sent me to a physical therapist instead of a surgeon. They were way more concerned about weather the injury occurred on the job, then they were with helping me. Would not give me any to help with the pain, said I would only hurt myself if I received pain medicine. Cost me valuable time and money. And caused me true grief and pain. I totally regret turning to them for help!!!! Hope nobody else makes the same mistake..... read more
