The turn over is crazy. And they never have anything. The staff regularly complains that the fort dent branch gets everything so they are constantly asking me to go to tukwilla. What is the point of having a tacoma branch if they dont care to keep it stocked and nice.
Very slow to respond to questions or simple things like getting a prescription filled. Why offer online messaging through a portal if it takes days to reply? It seems like the staff is just overwhelmed and short handed. It results in poor communication and builds a lack of trust as a patient.
I had a great first visit with my new primary Dr. Bieker. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to my overall concerns and health goals. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling genuinely heard and well cared for. She was spot on with her questions that really lined up with my symptoms.
