The doctors and staff are nice, but the business model has failed me. They can’t keep the permanent doctor staffed and so I have no continuity of care and have had the same conversations with 3 different doctors across 3 different visits. This is not a place where you get real healthcare, it’s where you check off a box. I suggest finding somewhere where you and your doctor build a relationship, not whatever capitalist dystopia this is. The staff is super nice tho, they just aren’t set up to succeed.
The experience was EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end. I was met with a WARM welcome, the service was prompt, and the staff members was very attentive. Janissa assisted me in the back and she was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, and PROFESSIONAL… she explained things in a way that was easy to understand and you can tell that she really cares about the job and the people she tends to.
I have been going here for a year and feel like my healthcare is taken care of - they listen and I appreciate that it is whole health. When I first came they were moving to a new tech system which was pretty frustrating, but it does seem that they’ve worked out those kinks. This is the best! Easy, knowledgeable, caring. It’s what healthcare should be.
These ppl are awesome, especially Dr. Joan Brown, and Janesa in the back office. But as soon as you walk in, you feel the care and they see you as a whole person and not an annoyance. They are quick to help and are very caring with their patients. I lowkey cannot stand Primary Care Doctors because of all the bad experiences I have had, but this place is wonderful because of the staff and the professionalism. Top notch. I would give 10 starts if I could.
