My experience was extremely disappointing. Even after receiving abnormal test results, I never received a call to discuss them. There were also no updates or explanations posted in MyChart. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still did not get the communication or guidance I needed. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a medical center. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility. I wish there was something which is less then 1 i would have given that rating.
I’m from Akron Ohio and I recently moved to Columbus Ohio so I was looking for a new doctor in the area. I also wanted a second look at the medications I’ve been put on that has been causing me headaches and severe nausea. I booked my appointment with one lady just to be called back by a different lady who told that they can’t do it and I have to go to the doctor that prescribed me the medicine.
