I’m quite surprised by the low rating people gave to this store. I dreamed wearing a Vera Wang wedding dress long before. Gloria and her colleagues helped me found the perfect dress for our BIG DAY. The ladies in this store are amazing and this is the only Vera Wang in Canada. I’m so happy it’s in Toronto so I didn’t need to fly to NYC to get my dream dress. Beware of shopping at this place!!!!! They sold my friend a bridal headpiece which was damaged and when I called Vera wang head office to have it replaced I found out it wasn’t even a Vera wang headpiece. The manager seems shady desperate and dishonest. Not sure how such a huge fashion name like Vera wang would allow that!!!! To be fair they weren’t aware this store was doing this. If you shop here perhaps you should really make sure that you are in fact getting a Vera wang.

Couldn’t be worse It was years ago. My friend and I went there place. The people whoever there were super rude for us. And the dress looks so cheap. That ‘unfinished dress’ need $4000. Unbelievable !can find better one at the Bay maybe only under 1K. Nothing professional. I went a lot different wedding dress stores, they all better than this. Don’t waste your time and your money. I don’t understand why they still open.

We made an appointment, walked in and my daughter was greeted by the wrong first name. They asked about the budget. The first dress we picked, was over budget but beautiful. “That’s over your budget, we can’t really show it to you”. I said” yes, you can”. My daughter tried on 6 or 7 dresses, without being helped, just zipped up. Btw cramped in a far too small change room. After the second dress I asked for some water as it was a humid day. Awful customer service, rude sales associates with unwillingness to help you try on different dresses. Had the worst wedding dress shopping experience. Treats people like garbage. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Plain and Simple.
