Great sales pitch, but when it comes to follow up and warranty work, it's not there. Seems that they don't stand by their work. Unprofessional, Poor Quality, and Delayed Timeline – Avoid! We hired Vera Specialty Concrete for a flooring project, initially estimated to take two weeks, but it ended up taking a full month from start to finish.
