Her manicure work is great but I was disappointed by the lack of care in how my booking was handled. I had an appointment booked, but one of my nails broke beforehand so I asked if there was an earlier time available. She replied that there wasn’t — and then cancelled my original appointment without informing me. I later found out she had replaced my time slot with another client and was fully booked, leaving me without an appointment at all. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.
