First time, very happy with the services provided by Mary & Cindy.
I’ve loved going to vera nails the past couple of years. However, this past visit was not up to par. I was seen by Nancy. Started by waiting a long time, to be seen. The pedicure was not bad itself but if I flinched even a little she was roll her eyes and was visibly annoyed. I also needed a fill on my fingers. None of my nails are the same length, and just don’t look good. She cut my finger, then proceeded to file over the cut multiple times, even after I was clearly in pain. She barely said sorry.
