Thérèse, was very helpful in explaining the different services provided at Vera Health and Fertility. I was sad because I don't live in Colorado, but she informed me that I could use telehealth! The nice thing about talking with Thérèse is that she has experienced the services provided there and gave me a personal account of her experience.
I feel so grateful to have found Vera. Other doctors dismissed or ignored my concerns, but the staff at Vera took me seriously and have worked to uncover what is going on with me and support me in my journey. Scheduling is easy, communication is great, and they go the extra mile to make you feel supported. It's very worth it to me to make the drive.
I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. P & her team at Vera. For years (8 to be exact), I had suffered from non-cyclical pelvic pains and other unpleasant period related symptoms. I started going to Vera last month and I truly can't get over how KIND and amazing the entire staff is. I am working with Sierra who is kind, attentive and LISTENS. I just had a procedure with Dr. Pedersen and she was the sweetest! She made me feel at ease and was so warm and welcoming. Thank you Sierra, Sarah, Emily, Celeste and Therese. You guys are truly the best!
