I think that they are capable, but they need to work on their bedside manner. I've heard that the doctor is Betty Song; however, I have never seen her. Whenever I've gone, the staff has been very polite, but the doctors have been rude. I had a mole that had tripled in size, and the response was "What do you want us to do about it?" I'd always heard that if a mole changes sizes you should see a doctor, I guess they didn't get the memo.

I visited the clinic for a skin issue, and the doctor Song recommended an expensive treatment course with promises of improvement. However, after completing the full course, not only did my original condition not improve, but my skin also became thinner and more sensitive, prone to redness and stinging.
