I've really enjoyed my experiences with Alex at Vera Dermatology. He's knowledgeable, personable and someone I always feel comfortable working with. My only wish is that he had more availability in COI, because i'd definitely prefer to see him more often!

I previously visited Vera Dermatology's other location, but this was my first time at the City of Industry office. It is so much closer to me, which is incredibly convenient! The office itself is very new, bright, and exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff was welcoming. During my visit, I saw the Physician Assistant, Elaine. She was very friendly, professional, and patient. She took her time to thoroughly explain the treatment details and made sure all of my questions were answered. The dermatologists here do the bare minimum and hate to do research/examine things thoroughly. I’ve had the head doctor come in and she refused to even get near my skin and just prescribed random things. Also, it’s always an uncomfortable experience because you have no privacy. The front desk people are very rude and, for whatever reason, have to join the doctor in the room with you to take notes? It’s quite invasive to have another person just there.
