The receptionist at the front desk is VERY rude in person and on the phone. I've been trying to reschedule my appointment and they never return my messages. Plus they are charging me $50 for a no show when I have proof I rescheduled the appt. This facility needs to get new receptionists that are nice.
I would give this place zero stars We had an appointment at 4:45 PM and were driving from downtown to Chino. Due to severe traffic, I called ahead to inform them we might be 10–15 minutes late. The front desk made it clear they close at 4:50 PM and would not accommodate us after that time. My daughter is currently on Accutane and required a follow-up visit to continue her prescription. This was one of the most frustrating and concerning medical experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Song initially prescribed an antibiotic that caused a severe inflammatory reaction on my face due to a massive die-off of Demodex mites, which I am allergic to. Don't go! Unless you want to experience what it truly means to be at someone's mercy! Dr. Song's consultation is a complete farce—a rushed check-the-box exercise where the real focus is figuring out how to upsell you the most expensive procedure. The so-called "professional advice" is nothing more than a sales pitch tailored to what they think they can get away with.
