We’ve been battling ongoing eczema with our baby and exhausted a lot of different creams. Had the pleasure of being taken care of by PA Jasmine. She was exceeding patient and kind while answering our questions and concerns. Besides steroid creams, she also gave a multitude of other modalities and lifestyle adjustments we could do for our little one. Happy to say it’s improved a lot & for that we’re so grateful Would recommend her to anyone!
Based on environment and customer service , only procedures done is skin tag removal, simple and quick. If you don’t give a shit about how you’re treated, come on in. I’m glad I’m not delusional and there’s people with similar experiences, I ran to the reviews after this last visit. Been here 3 times too many. I should’ve never came back after the second visit but my sweet grandma goes to their Claremont location and suggested I check them out for a growth I had on my neck a year ago. No one here is friendly and my trip here, was useless. I wouldn't recommend anyone here I have trouble hearing sometimes so when i was repeating what the assistant said, she yelled at me. I let it slide and continued booking my appointment.
My husband saw the PA Jasmine who properly diagnosed and educated him on a skin rash he was worried about. She patiently answered questions and as she said, it went away within a matter of weeks. Would really recommend her to anyone!
The receptionist at the front desk is VERY rude in person and on the phone. I've been trying to reschedule my appointment and they never return my messages. Plus they are charging me $50 for a no show when I have proof I rescheduled the appt. This facility needs to get new receptionists that are nice.
