Staff is extremely uncaring. Would rather be gossiping and yapping than help you. Watched all four girls sit there talking about absolutely nothing work related and then ignore my phone call when I get all the way to my car. Had to walk back inside to see them ignoring the phone AGAIN from another person. ALWAYS have issues getting ahold of them for any questions regarding an appointment or anything in general. I went with my husband to see Jasmine and she’s wonderful and so helpful! I saw her myself later and got the same great service and experience! She was so caring that I didn’t feel nervous, she listened to me talk about my rash and asked questions to understand my skin problem better, and went through the treatment plan in detail with me. So far, it’s working! She’ll be our family’s go-to for sure!
Jasmine was great at diagnosing and recommending treatment for my itchy scalp! The treatment worked well. I didn't have to wait too long and the visit was just the right amount of time for my busy schedule. I appreciate that Jasmine was able to explain clearly the different treatments and why she recommended a specific one, whether it worked with insurance, and patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommend her!
PA Jasmine was so attentive to all of my skin needs. I had an awful lip rash and with her expertise, it cleared up right away! She was also so clear and kind as well! Thank you, PA Jasmine!!!
