Latest Update In response to management’s reply: First of all, you never actually shared any video with us—you only claimed that there was a recording of loud noise coming from above. My main concern is that you cannot confirm the noise was from our unit. Just because a sound is recorded “from above” does not automatically mean it comes from the residents directly upstairs.
