Every morning between 4:00 and 9:00 AM except Sundays, the garbage truck juggles containers, creating a huge noise. When we moved in, they didn't tell us anything about this little detail. To be fair, it should be noted that this garbage containers belong to the neighboring residential complex, which even more complicates the situation. Update: The community is great—it's a great place to live—but this particular issue makes it really hard to get enough sleep. I wish this had been revealed prior to moving in.
I’ve been living here for the past year, and it’s been an excellent experience. The hallways are always clean, the amenities are great, and the team makes sure everything in my apartment stays up to date with inspections and servicing. Val has been absolutely amazing — super helpful and always quick to assist whenever I’ve needed anything. If you’re in the Cedar Park area and looking for a nice place with a friendly and responsive front office, I definitely recommend this property!
Walked in and was greeted with welcoming staff and immediately felt at home. Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. I can’t wait to move!
