On October 15, 2015 I came to Vera Cadillac not knowing what to expect. I had 12 months left on my lease and was upside down as they say in the car business. I had no expectations that I could get out of my car because I was buried in my lease. I had gone to BMW where I had gotten 5 BMW's and they were of no help. Kind and courteous as always, and my Service Department point of contact (Leo) was very helpful in getting the work completed in a timely manner and offered helpful information for a new car purchase or lease program. Vera's Service Department is the best I've been to in the Dade/Broward area when it comes to servicing both my 2012 Buick Regal & Verano.
Every time I come to Vera, I am always treated respectfully and courteously. Even if my service advisor isn't available, surprisingly, someone else will happily help (that's a different approach!) Thanks Vera!!!
After scheduling apt with dealership, arrived and was greeted with friendly staff. Nice & clean atmosphere. My sales consultant greeted me and the sales manager. They located the exact car that I wanted and we agreed on the price. No haggling no pressure was explained clearly in black & white. The best experience ever purchasing a car. Was also introduced to my service consultant. The entire process was quick including the finance, everything was packaged for my arrival. Could not believe it!!
Very positive experience did not have to spend hours haggling - the process seemed seamless. Nice job!!
