I just want to give the staff at Cortland Vera Sanford a shout out for being the best management team I've ever worked with. I lived here for a couple years and enjoyed my time. It's a great location, amazing pool and fitness area, the club house is a huge bonus, and their staff are always helpful. Even after I left, the staff did not ignore my inquiries about my mail or any other questions I had. Thank you, your customer service rocks!
An excellent place to live! The gym is well-equipped, the apartments are very comfortable, and my daughter loves the pool area.
Milica and Tiana are great workers. They always speak and respond quickly. There have been issues but when Milica and Tiana are working on it, I do not need to worry. Living at Cortland Vera Sanford has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I have faced numerous unresolved issues during my time here, and management’s lack of professionalism and responsiveness has made it even worse.
