Since ZRS Management took over, this property has gone downhill fast. Residents weren’t clearly informed of the ownership or name change, and communication has been nonexistent ever since. Service requests are ignored and closed without being fixed, and calls and emails go unanswered. Speaking with staff in the leasing office results in false promises and no action. Edit: Terry is extremely rude. We came home at 1:30 am last night to our dining area full of water, all over our litter robot (thank god it didn’t break). The water was coming from our electrical closet which is locked so we didn’t know what was causing it or how bad it was. We put towels everywhere and called the 24 hour maintenance emergency line. We receive a call back from Terry who was clearly upset to be woken up and started arguing with us about how it wasn’t a big deal because water wasn’t “pouring out”. He kept sayi... read more
This is a great place to live. Terry handles maintenance and it’s top notch, I very much enjoy it here.
If you have any kind of issue big or small the team here has you covered! Not that we've had any big issues but regardless they will take care of it! Especially Terry! Whom has been the MOST help! And he's fast too! So that problem wont be a problem for long with Terry around!
These new reviews you see are correct. This property used to be the Cortland Vera Sanford which once was a nicely maintained complex with responsive staff. All of the sudden this new management company “ZRS management aka the Walton” wants to waltz in here and start barking demands at everyone and not reply to any emails or calls.
