I've been living in this beautiful community for four months now, and it's truly the best decision I've ever made. The staff at the office are very friendly and always available. It's clean and very safe. We're very happy!
I requested a meeting on 11/9 and never received any response. This lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on management. Communication and follow-through continue to be major issues here. The dog park, in particular, is a serious problem. It is consistently full of dog waste, and whoever is responsible for maintaining it is clearly not doing their job. The area is often unsanitary and unpleasant to use. I’ve been living in this development for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been an excellent experience. The property is always well-maintained, clean, and beautifully kept — you can tell the management and maintenance team take real pride in the community. I especially want to recognize Terry, the maintenance supervisor, for his outstanding work and professionalism. DO NOT MOVE HERE. i cannot warn potential residents enough. They never answer the phone, the maintenance team closes work orders without even coming to check on them, and the property is covered with dog poop and clearly not being upkept. Please take your money elsewhere. Currently counting the days until my lease expires so I can do the same. Also, they're clearly padding their Google rating with fake reviews.
