We have lived in the Cortland Vera Sanford community for over five years now and it’s been the best five years! Such a beautiful and well put together place to live. The one thing I like to rave about is the maintenance unit, particularly Jose (who we’ve worked with the most). Jose is constantly seen around the community working hard with the biggest smile on his face! I love this place is very quiet and clean. The manager Marc takes care of everything detail of our complex. He's super friendly and attentive. I've lived here for years, and I can't complain.
I absolutely love living here they keep the place so clean and neat in the landscaping and the pool area. The gym everything is just excellent. This is the best community I’ve ever lived in and I love it. I would definitely recommend it
