I've been a resident here for two years, and while the recent transition in management hasn’t appeared smooth so far, I understand that every change comes with its challenges. That said, I can’t overlook the efforts of Katana and Ashanti, they’ve been incredibly helpful and responsive in assisting me with the situations I’ve faced. Requested maintenace to come check our AC. They never came so we inquired with the office. They said maintenace should come by soon and magically our request was deemed "resolved" shortly after but no one ever actually came into the apartment 🤔. Our washer is not working well and requested for maintenance to come by ( requested on 7/26 ) and it is now 8/8. They keep saying they'll come by with a new one and have not. This community has fallen to shambles the second ZRS management came into the picture and purchased this property from Cortland. This place was picture perfect before ZRS Management stepped in, please google their company and look at their other properties, there’s a massive trend here with this company. A high standard was set by Cortland and ZRS struggles to even do the bare minimum: remove resident garbage. The property has turned into disarray after Cortland Vera Sanford was sold to ZRS management. We only found out when we received an email from The Walton and thought it was spam. They eventually put papers on our door about the sale but never mentioned anything about the name change. They have not responded to service requests and have the audacity to say we don’t have insurance, yet they won’t fix anything in the apartment. I really loved this place! I’ve been here over a year now and I really thought it was the best apartment complex I’ve lived in! It was so clean. BUT since new owners have bought the place I have noticed it is becoming run down and dirty QUICK. The old owners had this property really clean, doing hallways every other day and they took out the trash from the trash room everyday. Now the trashcans are overfilled and all over the floor.
