Transitioning from an apartment to a townhouse has been a disappointing experience. The staff have been attentive yet placating as concerns about cigarette smoking bellowing through the walls by neighbors, and a washing machine that shakes violently against the walls has yet to be resolved. I lived at this apartment complex for a short time and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, this place is honestly beautiful and well-maintained. The amenities such as the gym, pool, and clubhouse were excellent and definitely a highlight of the property. Upon move-in, there were a few minor issues inside our unit that hadn’t been fully addressed, but I appreciated that management and maintenance responded quickly and got everything taken care of without much hassle. I move as flawless getting in there and any concerns that I had along the way they were very quick and easy to address The property is itself is beautiful and the leasing office is there for your concerns every step of the way I highly recommend this area. Be looking to move to the Sanford part of the state plus they are humanities. Can fill off your weekend without having to go out.

Cortland Vera Sanford is a beautiful community with great amenities and fun resident events!The staff always go above and beyond, especially Tiana who is so helpful and genuinely caring. Maintenance is also quick to respond to your requests. You will love it here!
