If you are chronically ill DO NOT GO HERE. This is my second and last experience with Ver. booked a curly cut with Bobbie (the owner). I was not given any instructions required for my cut beforehand. I have had curly only cuts for 5+ years so I knew that most places would let you know if they had a preference of freshly washed and styled; I never got any of this from Ver. It’s so loud in there it hard to hear the stylist talk. I went in for a simple root touch up. It cost $150. For a root touch up! I had asked for a haircut but they didn’t have it on their schedule. I was fine with that. The touch up was not the same color as my hair and the stylist just wanted to sell me products. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Xee was my stylist! She was amazing—asking me questions about what I was looking for, explaining the hair products and what was going to work with the textures of my hair, and she was super easy to talk with! By far the best experience I’ve had at any hair salon!

I have never had a hair stylist or salon like Bobbie & VER. Attention to detail, *truly* listening to what I am asking for, and consistently delivering. I have thick hair that I’ve always kept long, and have had stylists tell me that “long layers” wouldn’t work for me … I’ve never been told that here! I’ve never loved my hair more — style, cut, and vibe of VER is on point. Atmosphere is calm, clean, and chic. They can recommend products to you, but don’t try to shove a sale down your throat.
