Received a bill, provided insurance information, they have yet to bill the insurance and have since sent the bill to collections. Now there is no way to get in touch with them. They a set no fault in their shady billing practices. They are ruining peoples lives. And since I am not the only person they have not billed insurance one has to wonder if this is intentional. Someone needs to look into their billing practices.
Billing department screwed up on my insurance information and sent my account to a collection agency, EVEN AFTER THEY WERE EMAILED THE CORRECT INFORMATION! Wish the Novant Hospital's ER used a different facility.
