I LOVED IT!!!!!! – @sherry1333....you could not be referring to Veola's on 95th street...my grandmother, mother and I are long time clients, and we absolutely love it. We have been going there for the past 3 years, and every experience has been enjoyable. In fact, I have purchased numerous gift certificates for friends and family, and each person not only enjoyed themselves, but they referred the spa to other people. I feel great – This was my first spa experience, and I had the works. I am wondering why I didn't do this sooner. I am hooked. My girlfriend gave me a gift certificate as a birthday gift, and now I go on a monthly basis. This place is absolutely awesome!!

I hated it too! – I went to Veola's for a facial, a no chip manicure and a massage. My facial was HORRIBLE. The owner veola kept running her mouth and talking about politics and complaining about her employee's all while I was trying my best to relax! I go to day spa's to relax and unwind, but this lady could not shut up to save her life. The massage was lovely. My therapist Alethea had the perfect touch, and a professional warm spirit. Hated it! – Dirty, hard selling, and unfriendly! I came here because my students purchased a gift a card for me. Well the owner did not want to honor it. No matter what service I choose; Massage, tub treatment, hair services etc... She said no She said that I couldn't have any of the services because of the fact that my family had high blood pressure! The owner was very rude and nasty.
