The doctors at this office provide an excellent service with the sole exception of their optometrist, Edgar Davila Garcia, who had me waste two months waiting for a scleral lens fitting to arrive only to never hear from him again. I recommend booking appointments with Edward Boshnick instead as he is able reserve 2+ weeks fitting you with sclerals until you are able to leave with one that resolves your vision problems.
El doctor debe reunirse con sus empleadas y dejarle saber la importancia de los gestos de cortesía. Por ejemplo dar o contestar los buenos días. El tono de cómo se dice las cosas y una sonrisa nunca sobra. Sobretodo las empleadas que reciben al paciente. Esa es la primera. impresión que uno percibe de cómo puede ser el lugar. Hay algunas con esas cualidades, pero faltan varias por aprender.
Dr. Del Toro and his staff, specially Sandra, work is a very professional and caring manner. I fully trust their capabilities to give back the gift of a sharp vision. I have been a patient visiting Del Toro's office since he was in City View Plaza back in 2003 and to this date I cant think of another doctor with his caliber.
Hola! Recientemente me hice una cirugía refractiva con el Dr del Toro y los resultados fueron inmediatos e increíbles! Ha sido una bendición poder ver la vida sin buscar un espejuelo y el poder trabajar sin lentes de contacto resecos. En mi caso, el proceso pre-operativo fue extenso, pero muy rápido y la operación fue un proceso llevadero indoloro con una pronta recuperación. Personalmente el mismo día ya veía muy bien.
