My son will live the rest of his life with plagiocephaly because this doctor refuse to treat his head shape when I point it out at 3 and 6 months old. Big mistake when I chose to believe him when he told me that "It will get even out, don't worry". When I took him to the children hospital at 12 months old, they told me it is now too late for any treatment... Thank you doctor for ruining my son's life
We booked an appointment for 4pm yet we have waited for 1.5 hours and the Doctor still has not seen my child. This so unprofessional. They should have scheduled better. Or at least informed us about the delay and it’s reason. This way we can decide early on if we are to wait or reschedule.
I love Dr. Venzon! Both of my girls have been seeing him since they were new born. My oldest is 11 and my youngest is 6. I trust him and my girls are comfortable with him too.
Took my daughter to him for an ankle sprain at kaiser. Waited 50 mins past our appt and he shows up just to tell us to go to another dept when all we wanted was an x-ray. Now I will have to wait another 4 hours before she can seen again. He showed absolutely no care, empathy or regards for anyone’s well being. Would 0 Star this doctor if I could.
