PLEASE BE AWARE!! Extremely disappointing. I would highly highly not recommend to this place. I bought a Groupon voucher for a haircut, style, and balayage. I have a wedding coming up in June first week so I scheduled an appointment with her 3 weeks before with this lady Janina. Just a one day before my appointment she cancelled it without giving any reason. Travis is amazing, he's so precise that he's like a sculpture artist, not a hair out of place. He's a great guy and fun to talk to as well. I also really like his process of rinsing after the haircut so that you don't go home with lots of cut hairs stuck in your hair like every other haircut place I've ever been to, it's a big plus.

I bought a groupon with Fanny for a cut style and full highlights. When I called to schedule, the first thing that she says is "you bought groupon right?" I said yes. She asked me about 3x if I already purchased it. She then said she would have to charge extra for long hair. I told her that was fine, because I do understand long hair takes longer.
