Do not risk your health here. Terrible experience. I chose this salon based on the high reviews, but they are completely misleading. I specifically asked the nail tech if the tools were sanitized and new, but she didn’t understand English at all. Despite the communication barrier, I trusted her. She ended up cutting my cuticles so badly that I was bleeding. Helen is so sweet and does great pedicures
Nails look good is the only positive I have. I payed for the Pamper Me pedicure which is one level above the classic. The entire predicate felt rushed. She didn’t take her time on anything and it stressed me out which is the opposite of how I should feel getting a pedicure. The sugar scrub was like 30 seconds total and the lotion massage was supposed to be 7 mins but realistically was only 3.
