After coming here for about 5 months every 2-4 weeks I will not be back. Normally Kim is amazing but I didn’t get Kim today. The lady I had who I assume is the manager is extremely rushy my pedicure actually hurt. It was not enjoyable I tried to cancel the service. So sad. Inconsistent service. I will NOT be back. Extremely disappointed. My polish job was extremely awful and she tried to cover up the bad polish job with top coat. Which is clear by the way. How is that going to fix color?? DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in to get a full set of nails and was told the price would be $60, plus an additional $10 for a cat-eye design. Before committing, I specifically asked the technician to try the cat-eye effect on just one finger to make sure I liked it. Instead, he went ahead and applied it to my entire hand without confirming. I had asked for a nude cat-eye, but he used black, which I did not like. Yen and Tiger were amazing. I showed up late on one of their holidays and these days to take care of me and did a wonderful job. I really appreciate both of them. I will definitely be coming back to see them.
I am very disappointed with my service. The guy doing my nails made about 4 calls then was on face time and it was very loud and obnoxious. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and never have I had someone be so rough. When filing my nails he got my skin and he kept digging his own nails into the side of my nails/skin it was painful and not gentle. My nails are not even but the color is nice. For a two hour appointment i expected a lot better. I do not like my nails and I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism. ... read more
