Nails came up and went back didn’t want to fix but u want me to give u 10$ for u to polish something u mess up not only was my thumb coming crack on n the side and it coming up it was mess up he just glue it back down im not pay u no 10$ i told u to do me a fill in u anit do it so i walk out yall have bad business and for regular polish u don’t repair the set that crazy
As you can see, this is the picture of what I wanted versus what I got to be honest the nails look like a kindergarten drew a bunch of lines on it. I’m not happy at all. I’ve been here before and it’s always hit or miss with this place the last time I went, I loved my nails, but it was a very simple, plain glitter polish. I absolutely love my nails. They turned out amazing.
My Tech is the Best, Joseline has Skillz. But who ever is responsible for ordering the products, has changed to Extremely Cheap Gel Powder!!!! When Johnny was over this shop I never had any problems. I’ve been going to this shop for 15 years. In a weeks time I had to go back twice because either the nail broke off or my nails were chipped. Using cheap products is Embarrassing which brings down the Quality of Service!!!
