I brought up my concerns multiple times, but the technician still did not deliver what I asked for. The accent nail design I received was completely different from what I requested. I even asked if my design could be done with the products she had chosen, and she assured me it could—clearly, that was not true. When it came time to pay, the card machine was down and I didn’t have cash on me. I went to an ATM and returned within 10 minutes to pay.
