I was excited to get my nails done and the service was slow & inconsiderate and they had my friend waiting an hour so we left. And it was super expensive for basic service

I was told the wait would be 10 minutes for gel, yet I waited nearly an hour with no communication while others who arrived after me were serviced first. I was coming off a long night shift and specifically chose gel due to time constraints. The lack of professionalism and accommodation led me to leave without service. Very frustrating experience.
