So unclean and mean. She made me an appointment when I didn’t ask for one and then told me she didn’t have time for me when I came in for the appointment. Awful experience all around and she didn’t let me change my color even though she hadn’t painted my nails yet.

I was excited to get my nails done and the service was slow & inconsiderate and they had my friend waiting an hour so we left. And it was super expensive for basic service

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but this visit was extremely disappointing. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes for gel, yet I waited nearly an hour with no communication while others who arrived after me were serviced first. I was coming off a long night shift and specifically chose gel due to time constraints. The lack of professionalism and accommodation led me to leave without service. Very frustrating experience.
