I’ve been seeing Tom, Tracy and the rest of the team for almost 20 years. Great family atmosphere, kind people and great nails. I’m moving slowly and I’m not looking forward to finding a new salon :-( I’ll miss my friends.
I came in to get a pedicure & was greeted by the most beautiful smile from Ms. Tracy the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond to take care of me & made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. This was honestly unlike any other experience I’ve had, and if I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.
You want great service with nails that stay on? Do you want beautiful nails and no pressure? Do you want great prices? Then Venus Nails is the place for you. I have been going to Tom and Tracy for years and cannot give enough praise!! Try them you will love them!!
The most absolute worst experience iv ever had in a nail salon, I was cut multiple times in both my hands & toes. BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. The customer service was horrible, the man that did my nails should never be allowed to do nails. It came out so ugly. The pedicure was also horrible lasted maybe 10 minutes also while getting cut. This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely garbage
1st time coming here and trying dip, my nails came out so good, definitely will be coming back!
