The salon is nicely put together and appears clean, but their approach to customer service is completely off. I understand the idea of upselling, but pushing it to the extreme without reading the customer is unacceptable. I came in with my 6‑year‑old daughter for basic pedicures. I am very disappointed with our experience. We waited nearly an hour just to be seated. When we were about to leave, we were finally asked to sit in the spa chairs, but then waited almost another hour before services began. The water became cold, and our feet were wrinkled from sitting so long. My daughter and I requested a pedicure, manicure, and full set. My mother requested a French manicure. I’ve come to this salon a few times and have always had good things to say about my experiences. Before I explain what happened, I want to make it clear that everyone here has always been incredibly kind, and it’s obvious that the staff genuinely care about their work and their clients. Awesome nail techs, beautiful service and overall a very friendly atmosphere. Was here recently to get my nails done for a wedding and the techs were nothing but helpful and genuinely supportive. They wholeheartedly wanted me be satisfied with the service and wanted the best care for my nails, i had a really nice and relaxing time there. Would 100% recommend this place. I had a lot of compliments for my nails and felt so pretty showing off the lovely designs 🥰
My tech spoke no English and kept jabbing me with her nails, and cut my a couple of times. Not impressed
