I got up charged, I didn’t think nail salons did this anymore lol. (I was going to tip but it seemed like they added their own tip on the base price because I paid $10-$15 more than it should’ve been). I didn’t feel confrontational at the moment and just let it go but I feel very cheated and won’t be returning. It’s not about how much I paid its just the fact that they charged me more without any explanation.
Terrible experience with Julie. Her station is dirty and she was blowing her nose and taking take of clients without washing her hands. Sick 🤢 Mediocre service
Such a lovely salon. Clean, comfortable, and so welcoming. I had cat-eye nails done while visiting from Kentucky for a wedding in Ramona, and they turned out beautifully. The complimentary drinks were a sweet touch. The ladies were especially kind and attentive to my friend with a disability, which meant so much to us. I’d absolutely recommend.
Staff was attentive and skilled. And they make great mimosas
My friend and I went yesterday and we both said it was the best pedicure EVER! Mary did my pedicure and she was fantastic.
