I got turned away because I was only doing a rebase. The lady there said they don’t do any walk ins. Oh but I called and asked if they excepted walk ins and they asked what I needed, I said a full set and pedicure and magically they said yes come in.
Mom visiting out of town just needed a fillings on her nails and she was very rudely told no and turned away.
The business is clean and welcoming. Although as a man, I assume I got the male treatment. My technician cut my toe nails clear to my nail beds. After her cutting the first nail it was too late, so I just let her continue to see what she would do. When she filed them, damn it hurt. I could have done this myself if I wanted to but I wanted to get pampered. I will never return. Do better with your male customers.
