Extremely pleasant staff! Love my designs on my nails!
If you want nails from TEMU this is the place to go!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I had one of the worst experiences ever at VENUS NAILS. I came in with a specific design and style in mind, but from the moment I started explaining what I wanted, the staff acted visibly annoyed and dismissive. The blonde Chinese man who did my nails completely ignored my requests, gave me something I didn’t ask for, and then tried to act like he knew better. I had another pedicure today with the wonderful woman, Sunny. She is the soul of Grace and quiet expertise as she so caringly plies her skills! When Sunny works with you, you feel like you are her only customer of that day, she centers her attention on you so kindly. I also deeply appreciate Hop, another expert pedicurist who works with similar competence and warmth.
