I’ve been to this salon once before with my boyfriend and the service was amazing two women took care of us, and that’s why I came back. I assumed the service would be just as good. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. This time I paid for a Deluxe Pedicure but it felt more like a deluxe nightmare. I literally had to tell him to make the water hot. I was passing by and happened to stop by Venus Nails during a pit stop. Thao, my technician, was professional and efficient—she didn’t waste any time and did a great job. Annie, the owner, walked around to each station to make sure everything was running smoothly, which I really appreciated. There was no wait, I got right in, and was treated like family. Great service from start to finish! Highly recommended if you want quality service!!
