Terrible service, & they left every couple of minutes too do someone else's. I was getting white tips and took over a hour and forty-five minutes. Never again
I'm Done They use to be really good with good service but now they have become poor rated by me. It's always a long wait, and for Christmas i received a gift certificate for my nails and was told to come back next week because they had no nail tech! What nail shop is without a nail tech? Claims he couldn't give me my money back and gave me a number to Vietnam! REALLY? I'm Done
This is just my experience but I went there twice, the first time to get acrylic overlays done on my natural nails and within a day the acrylic was coming off of my nail which allows water to get underneath it which case can lead to infections. Also the acrylic was already chipping off the tips. The second time was to get the broken nails fixed and the overlay re-done, they fixed my nails but within the day the same problems were reaccuring.
