I called AHEAD of showing up to ask about the price for a refill. The lady I spoke too told me it would be $25, then went I went it she said it would be $5 extra for a reshape. I went to checkout and the SAME lady charged me $50. I’m not sure where the extra $20 dollars came from, but I obviously didn’t want to spend $50 on a refill AFTER I called for a price check. Mind you, I waited in the chair for longer than it took to do my actual service and not a single worker smiled the 2 hours I was there. I could have taken my $50... read more

The person who says she’s from Kansas, is terrible!!! I had dip. My nails were lopsided, lumpy and had to have an operation of the side cut off to even it out. She shouldn’t be doing nails!

The made my toe BLEED, along with all of the employees being EXTREMELY RUDE. I will NEVER be back here. They had only 1 person doing toes on a SATURDAY!!! Makes no sense
