I will not be going back. Customer service is non existent; I couldn’t believe how rude they were. They lied about the pricing and charged me for a service that I never asked for. I always practice excellent manners and treat others with dignity and respect, especially those in the service industry, but despite my manners, these ladies were not welcoming or respectful.
Somewhat disappointing experience. Person doing my pedicure appeared to be disinterested and in a rush. Shortest time spent with a pedicure ever; I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. So my review will be brief and I will be looking for another salon.
went in with 3 other ladies in my family, we all got fills done. The workers were so nice and talkative which was great, but after leading a day later 2 of my nails chipped right away right before prom and unfortunately had no time to go back to get them fixed, and after 5 days later 1 nail completely broke off. My nails were also missing paint on the side along with 1 of the other ladies i went with. Took these photos literally 2 minutes after walking out of the salon…. Won’t be returning. This shouldn’t cost $35. Love the color and they were friendly - just low quality work.
