the first time i went to venus nails my nail came off within a week. i let it go..... went back and all of my nails but 4 broke off in the same spot. The 4 nails have a crack in the same spot as if he drilled them that way for me to come back once they broke off. my right hand index finger is now bleeding at 5 am....mind you i type at work all day, also they didnt have gel polish the first time i went. the second time they did have the gel polish which chipped off two days later in almost whole pieces! if i wanted to glue it... read more

I was very disappointed with my manicure...I paid to have my nails shaped and wanted to treat myself and all I got was some cuticle cutting and polish...I could have done that on my own. I also ask for gel and the ladie looked at me like I was nuts. Will probably NEVER go back.
