Bleeding from 3 different parts of fingers. She said “it’s just tiny scratches”. It hurts. No apologies whatsoever.
Absolutely disgusting, disappointing service. My partner went to have her nails done, and the Vietnamese female nailist caused bleeding and pain in multiple fingers. She was not apologetic at all and simply said "if you're not happy with my service you can go somewhere else". Her attitude was extremely unsympathetic and cruel. Did not seem sorry at all. We will never be coming back here, and we strongly DO NOT recommend this store as you may experience bleeding yourself and risk infection.
