Our History: The story of Venus Med Spa ™ starts in 2009 when the owners saw a gap in the aesthetic industry for product education. So, they set out to educate people about the aesthetic industry, specifically botulinum toxin (tox) and dermal fillers. Kate did good. However the girl with blonde hair at the front gave me and the person I was with a not so friendly welcome and she had an attitude, I believe she was the facialist or did something with skin treatments. I would definitely look into her manners with customers

Be careful! After a huge turnover they have lost over $2,000 worth of credits I had in their system! And now they are just saying I am out of luck! I cannot do anything to get them back and that I will just be out the money! It is basically like stealing, and I can't do anything because they had turnover and the books weren't kept correctly? I also received Botox that did not take, and was told I could get a touch up in a week to 14 days, that I have now been told I cannot. After 4 years of loyalty I came in before COVID-19 for filler. COVID happened and I never got to go in for my follow up. My top lip is uneven and bumpy. They refused to make the correction and said I would need to buy another FULL syringe of filler for them to fix my lips they messed up. And on top of that COVID was not in my control. I would have had it fixed right away if I could have.

Had a not so great experience at “Restorative Injectables” so came here hoping for a better one, SO GLAD I DID! Katie is amazing! She did my lips & cheeks- & explained the entire process!
