I had an appointment last week for a touch up because of the terrible tox job they did and to use the syringe of filler I purchased that they were holding for me. The manager at the Clearwater location told me she would bring it to the Tampa location because they were closing Clearwater she even reassured me that the Tampa location wasn’t closing because business is “better there”. No one answers the phone at any location just goes straight to voicemail. Called several times, booked else wear for Saturday, very poor service
I had a lip filler appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM today at the Dale Mabry location. I arrived at 4:07 PM after driving a considerable distance, only to find the office completely closed with the lights off and the doors locked. I had confirmed my appointment by text the day before, so this was very unexpected. I called the location approximately 15 times and also tried calling two other locations, but no one answered.
