I have a gift certificate that was purchased in January if like to use, I have called and emailed and messaged multiple times. No response. Would someone be able to respond or refund?

I had the pleasure of getting a Swedish Massage and an Express Facial and they were AMAZING. I am feeling very relaxed and less tense and my skin look and feel amazing. I put on my makeup after my facial and WOW, what a big difference. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming and the space is so beautiful!
Had an amazing visit today my that included 60 min massage and 30 minute facial. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time.
