The customer service is horrible. Took my ring to have a stone replaced. When I got my ring back, I noticed the replaced stone was chipped. They argued with me denying it wasn’t chipped. After arguing with me for awhile, they took it back to have it replaced. I keep calling to check if it is ready and they say “I will call you back” but they never do. I would never recommend anyone to this place.
Unethical choices Went and had my wife’s wedding ring fixed. Three diamonds fell out and needed the band fixed. They gave us a price at first which was reasonable but called us back and raised the price by $250 more because they needed to replace the 3 diamonds. We agreed and asked to keep the 3 diamonds. We were called to pick up the ring but they did not have the diamonds that were replaced. We had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to come.
